Weekend workshops

Dedicated art, craft, design and cookery projects to feed their creativity - weekend workshops for children in the heart of the New Forest, Hampshire. Forest Futures is dedicated to providing children with enriching opportunities to explore and develop their creative skills in cookery, arts, craft and design. We aim to inspire their imagination and artistry, encourage teamwork, independence and creative innovation, exploring and developing their passions, in culinary arts, design and craft.

With focus on wholesome, nutritious food, children will create home-made pizza, with hand-prepared freshly made dough, and fresh exciting ingredients and herbs. They'll create fresh fruit smoothies, and delicious home-made soups with seasonal vegetables and hand-created freshly baked bread.

Immersed in imaginative art, craft and design projects, children will explore clay, sculpture, installation art, mosaic and collage. They'll experiment with a range of media and paint in water colour, oils and acrylics, taking inspiration from a diverse range of artistic styles, artists and craftspeople.

Whether it's a wonderful culinary creation or an inspiring artistic piece, children will bring home a range of tasty and delicious cuisine to enjoy, and beautiful pieces of art, craft and design to be proud of and display.
